Summary
Join BeyondTrust as a Sr. Product Manager to lead and scale our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. You will develop and implement a comprehensive PLG roadmap, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role requires expertise in e-commerce, trials, and SaaS bundling, along with collaboration across multiple teams. You will lead the product lifecycle, engage with customers, translate objectives into requirements, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities. Success in this position demands strong PLG experience, expertise in SaaS and e-commerce, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on enterprise SaaS and PLG strategies
- Expertise in e-commerce systems, SaaS pricing models, and bundling approaches
- Experience with product experience platforms such as Gainsight, Pendo, or WalkMe
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PLG strategy and roadmap to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Be the go-to expert on PLG, e-commerce, trials, and bundling strategies to drive product adoption
- Collaborate across teams to support strategic initiatives spanning multiple products
- Lead the full product lifecycle: ideation, execution, and delivery, in partnership with engineering and product teams
- Engage regularly with customers to refine strategy and roadmap priorities
- Translate objectives into clear product requirements and prioritization for detailed roadmaps
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and evaluate the impact of initiatives
- Lead e-commerce, trials and bundles to drive adoption and product-led engagement and conversion
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products and markets to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Oversee A / B tests and experiments to test hypothesis and optimize product features and user journeys
- Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts
- Present growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute B2B PLG strategies with measurable business outcomes
- Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with SaaS platforms, AI, and web technologies
- Experience ensuring ecommerce compliance with global security, payment, and data privacy regulations
- High design acuity to create superb aesthetics and user experiences
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with financial and operational responsibilities
- Strong experience and knowledge of the security space focusing on the Identity category a plus
