Summary
Join our team as a project manager to lead and build a team managing certifications, customer audits, and controls, driving governance, risk, and compliance within R&D and across the organization. You will drive project management for gap analysis, customer audits, and certifications, track and monitor progress using project management tools, improve workflows, and plan meetings with internal and external auditors. You will be the main contact for auditors and subject matter experts. This role requires 5-10 years of project management experience in IT or software, 5+ years in GRC, and 3+ years as a team lead. Requirements
- Have 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor
- Have 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk and compliance)
- Have 3+ years of experience as a team lead
- Be a hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the whole enterprise
- Be able to motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively
- Be a proactive and open person always seeking to improve and finding creative solutions
- Have an interest in technology, security, and privacy
- Have fluent English skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and build a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls and drives governance, risk and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization
- Drive project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications
- Track and monitoring by utilizing project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement
- Improve and documenting the workflows and processes for the certification and audit team
- Plan meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into this process
- Drive the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time
- Be main contact person for internal and external auditors and the Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders
