Requirements
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Workday functions, configuration options, and issues and a strong Workday Extend/Workday Integration cloud development skill set
- Have demonstrated knowledge of a modern general purpose programming language, web integration architecture, and structured testing/QA practices
- Have deep experience in information systems management and a successful track record of delivering a number of varied large scale system functions on-time and on-budget
- Have the ability to understand complex business issues and relate these issues to system functions
- Have competency in communicating project status updates, describing technical issues to other team members & stakeholders, and collaborating when you or other team members need assistance tackling tough problems
- Be committed to continuously deepening and evolving your own understanding of systems of oppression through study, openness, and humility
- Easily recognize your own relationship to privilege and power, examining and shifting your behaviors as appropriate

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document project business requirements and use cases
- Design, code, test, implement, and integrate systems
- Develop enhancements, web services, and other products in support of overall F/A requirements
- Define and track associated tasks and schedules
- Monitor and analyze existing systems and procedures and implement modifications to those systems and integrations to maintain high-quality data and best meet business needs and improve IT system functions, processes, and procedures
- Define and support architectural standards supporting F/A systems and related products
- Collaborate closely with colleagues through each phase of a given project and throughout the lifecycle of a product
- Be a responsive and proactive partner to business users and drive change management efforts as appropriate
- Clearly and effectively communicate as needed to the full range of possible stakeholders at all levels and in all units of the organization
- Stay current with Workday and related technologies, ensuring that technical solutions are compatible with the Club’s business needs and technical architecture
- Understand, research, and test system updates and new functionality, then work with users to prepare and adopt changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert for those wishing to gain greater understanding of the Workday platform and related technologies
- Perform special project assignments and miscellaneous duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Have or plan to obtain Workday certifications, in particular those leading up to and including SuiteCloud Developer and/or Workday Pro
- Have some prior experience administering a Netsuite instance
