Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, within a technology-driven environment and ideally, within a global organisation
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, skilled at handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders from varied technical backgrounds and seniority levels
  • Problem-solving mindset, adept at identifying challenges and removing blockers
  • Collaborative and proactive, promoting transparency and accountability within teams
  • Experienced in distributed, remote-first teams, adept at managing work across time zones
  • Skilled in agile environments with a solid grasp of product development processes
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experienced with project management tools like Jira and Trello, supporting effective project planning and tracking

Responsibilities

  • Provide delivery assurance support by planning, scheduling, and tracking activities for cross-functional projects
  • Oversee and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, domain leaders, and all stakeholders
  • Support resource management to meet project milestones, assisting teams in addressing resource gaps or conflicts
  • Track and manage dependencies and coordination needs for projects spanning multiple teams
  • Monitor project risks and blockers, collaborating with teams to resolve issues and maintain progress
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes for efficient coordination
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation updates and other project-related tasks
  • Use project management tools to support planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment across domains, business units, and external partners
