Requirements

• 8+ years of proven project, construction, or operations management experience; Bachelor’s Degree
• Direct and relevant experience with the latest solar and battery storage equipment

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all engineering designs, material, equipment, and construction specification development for various Solar and Standalone Energy Storage projects
• Manage and improve existing design/equipment submittal, RFI, and design review process
• Support the engagement team through the EPC Contract RFP Process
• Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sub-consultants throughout the design review lifecycle to resolve complex engineering challenges related to electrical and control design
