Requirements

• 5+ years in senior roles in mental health or AOD services
• Strong project manager with a commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care
• Expertise in contract management, risk assessment and a strategic approach to driving change
• Bachelor’s degree in allied health related discipline, health, health management, business or relevant fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery
• Support Workforce Development: Enhance team skills and capabilities
• Service Management: Provide interim support for service continuity or support establishment of new services
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships and provide clear project updates
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for service enhancements

Benefits
