Senior Project Manager-Post M&A Integration

Summary

The job is for a temporary Senior Project Manager-Post M&A Integration role as a Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor) at Sia Partners. The position is remote and offers a compensation range of $150k to $170k per year. The key responsibilities include managing integration projects, creating project plans, reporting progress, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and proactively managing changes in project scope.

Requirements

• 7 years plus of applicable experience, including managing various projects of increasing responsibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Form and lead the cross-functional team to create a detailed integration project plan
• Manage the project to keep the milestones on track and, using sound judgment and excellent teamwork skills, address any issues
• Regularly report progress, escalating issues, if necessary, to Integration management and Firm Execs
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business M&A goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans
• At the project's conclusion, help with retrospective analysis to improve our M&A playbooks for the next deal

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Advanced MS Office skills: Project, Vision, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint
• Familiarity with M&A tools including Virtual Data Rooms is a plus
