Senior Projekt Manager eCommerce

Summary

The job is for a Senior Project Manager eCommerce position where the candidate will manage complex eCommerce and software projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, team leadership, and customer focus. The candidate should have a degree or relevant experience in e-commerce/IT project management, at least 5 years of experience as a project manager, proficiency in Joomla, Magento, ALM, and AEM Sites, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• A degree or completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field or relevant experience in e-commerce/IT project management
• More than 5 years of experience as a project manager focusing on complex eCommerce and software projects, ideally with Joomla, Magento, ALM, and AEM Sites
• Expertise in leading teams as a project manager
• Proficiency in project management methods and standards
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and initiative
• Experience with ticket systems like Jira and MS Office
• High analytical skills and creativity in dealing with challenges
• A keen understanding of individual customer needs
• The absolute will to lead a project to success
• High quality consciousness, engagement, and assertiveness
• Long-term IT knowledge (understanding of processes in the IT field)
• A flexible, solution-oriented thinking and working style
• Enjoyment of documentation and knowledge exchange
• Experience with Requirements Engineering (User Stories)
• Enjoyment and experience in dealing with AI

Responsibilities

• Responsible for large, multi-faceted software projects and innovative projects in the e-commerce, LMS, and corporate websites domain
• Comprehensive project planning including resource management, project timeline, project scope, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis, and cost analysis
• Proactive coordination and execution of projects to ensure the achievement of all project goals in terms of time, quality, and budget, as well as completion of interim milestones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum
• Certification according to the PMI standard as well as Scrum Master or Project Owner
