Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retention or marketing, ideally within the sportsbook or gaming industry
• Possess strong SQL skills and can confidently use it to analyze customer data and report on campaign performance
• Understand the importance of a personalized customer journey and know how to develop strategies that foster long-term engagement
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with other teams to execute campaigns
• Self-starter who can balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize retention strategies for customer engagement across all four verticals
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to continuously refine retention and promotional strategies
• Use SQL to query data, create reports, and drive actionable insights to enhance retention efforts
• Collaborate with managers to ensure the success of targeted campaigns, tent pole events, and sportsbook customer journeys
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their growth
• Take part in cross-functional initiatives to refine customer journeys, reactivation campaigns, and overall retention strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retention platforms like Optimove or Braze
• Familiarity with data reporting tools like Looker or Sigma
• Experience in customer engagement strategies for sports fans and gaming products
