Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Python - building web applications, preferably Django, Flask, Fast API, MongoDB
• Be able to deal efficiently with databases and project bottlenecks
• Have experience in building modern and secure APIs
• Have a deep understanding of modern HTML, CSS
• Be able to dissuade a client/team from making wrong decisions based on experience, providing guidance and expertise in your field
• Have a very good command of written and spoken English (B2+)
• Be able to quickly find solutions to issues – understand the business side of the project and be able to find the best balance between the clients’ requirements and the technical aspects of a project
• Be able to lead a project independently

Responsibilities

• Work on a high volume of diverse and exciting projects in a fast-paced sales cycle
• Work with an experienced team
• Work in a change-rich environment that powers digital acceleration for customers from Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East
• Work with globally recognized clients who change the world through software and revolutionize digital banking (such as UBS or Solaris)
• Help Project Managers manage their project (from the technical perspective)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have knowledge of at least one JS framework (Angular/Ember/React)
• Be familiar with k8s, AWS, Terraform, Contentful, DataDog, StatsD, and similar tools
• Know the Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Always be willing to help and mentor other developers
• Have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Docker
• Have some DevOps skills (CI/CD, Ansible)
• Be an open source contributor
