Senior Python/Go Developer

Summary

Join CloudLinux, a global remote-first company, as a Senior Python/Go Developer on the Imunify360 team. You will contribute to the development of Imunify360 security products using Python, port Python code to Go, write unit and functional tests, review code, develop architecture and documentation, and investigate client issues. This role requires 5+ years of Python experience, system programming knowledge, and experience with automated testing and CI/CD. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming
• Experience with Go or a willingness to learn
• Strong background in system programming (e.g., sockets, filesystem, process management)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Imunify360 products using Python
• Assist in the porting of Python code to Go
• Write unit tests and/or functional tests for your code
• Review code written by your colleagues using Gerrit
• Develop architecture and write technical documentation for new features
• Investigate issues reported by clients, partners, or the support team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Linux server administration
• Familiarity with network security
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD systems
• Knowledge of RPM/DEB package management
