Senior QA Engineer

Summary

Join Cross River's Business Banking and Lending team as a Senior QA Engineer and contribute to the development, automation, and testing of services and applications within the COS platform. Partner with internal and external teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of QA and test automation experience, proficiency in C# and Specflow, and 3+ years of experience with SQL and RESTful APIs. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential. Experience in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech is a plus. The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 and the opportunity to work remotely.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in performing quality assurance and test automation
• Proficiency in C#, Specflow strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• 3+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal and external teams to automate and perform testing on a variety of different services and applications
• Build test automation across multiple critical business domains
• Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple work streams
• Share knowledge with and mentor teammates
• Actively contribute to a collaborative Quality focused culture within the team

Experience working in banking, finance, crypto or fintech is helpful, but not required
