Requirements

• At least 5 years in quality assurance, with expertise in QA methodologies and tools
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery practices and testing methodologies (e.g., TDD, BDD)
• Proficiency in automation tools for build/release/deploy pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Proven ability to make high-quality decisions in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with remote, global teams and engaging effectively across functions
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with QA trends and technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain QA processes using best practices, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable testing frameworks
• Influence and contribute to the QA strategy, test plans, and test automation architecture, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Implement robust, automated testing pipelines to prioritize rapid feedback and scalability
• Work closely with Product, Analysts, Designers, and Engineers to deliver testing solutions that ensure exceptional software quality
• Establish strong QA practices, toolsets, and automation frameworks to support efficient development cycles
• Provide guidance to junior team members, reviewing test designs and strategies while fostering a learning-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automated testing frameworks like Appium
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in QA or testing methodologies and hands-on knowledge of agile processes
