Senior QA Engineer, Remote - Republic of Serbia

Summary

The Senior QA Engineer will shape the QA processes of PolAI's software platform, mentor junior team members, and ensure high quality. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools (we use Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior QA engineers
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
