Summary

Join Underdog, a fast-growing sports gaming company that builds innovative games and products for American sports fans. As a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will identify and implement improvements to QA processes, partner with Engineering for release planning, collaborate with teams to assess testing hotspots, mentor and evangelize quality practices, and more. The target starting base salary range is between $136,000 and $150,000, plus equity.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on test strategy, coverage, and release planning
Proven ability to lead critical release testing efforts and manage complex test environments
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to coach and mentor development teams in best testing practices
Experience working with offshore QA teams and coordinating large-scale regression testing

Responsibilities

Identify and implement improvements to QA processes and testing practices
Partner with Engineering for critical release planning
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to assess and address testing hotspots
Review and enhance test coverage and completeness across releases
Mentor and evangelize quality practices to development teams
