Senior QTC Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• Be fluent in both English & German (verbal and written)
• Have 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
• Have experience working with ERP systems and MS office tools, especially Excel
• Have the ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a high volume faced paced environment
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service
• Be an organized self-starter that enjoys problem-solving
• Be resourceful and tenacious

Responsibilities

• Perform collection calls and correspondence
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, account review, and resolving client discrepancies
• Be accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned portfolio of 100+ accounts
• Perform varying tasks and duties necessary to reduce Accounts Receivable
• Work cross functionally with sales reps, account managers, and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
• Communicate & follow up effectively regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
• Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies
• Provide excellent and considerate customer service to customers
• Work independently and with management to improve collections processes and analyze current state of business

Have experience with NetSuite
