Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Define and execute QA strategies that align with organizational objectives, delivering software that exceeds user expectations
- Showcase your teams' skills and significantly impact outcomes by reducing defect rates, improving test coverage, enhancing release efficiency, boosting customer satisfaction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline planning, prioritize initiatives, and address challenges proactively
- Develop and refine QA processes, integrating manual and automated testing methodologies to ensure consistent and reliable outcomes
- Use meaningful metrics, design dashboards and reports to give stakeholders a clear view of software quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone contributes to shared success
- Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies, implement root cause analysis, and enhance tools and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience, including manual, automation, and mobile testing for enterprise SaaS software
- 3β5 years of leadership experience, demonstrating success in QA strategy, operations, and incident management
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, test planning, and bi-directional traceability, with hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and testing tools (e.g., TestRail, Selenium)
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST APIs), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and scripting languages
- Proven ability to break down complex requirements, develop actionable strategies, and deliver results
