Senior R Developer, Data Scientist

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in R programming, including R-Shiny development
• Strong understanding of data science techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Strong communication skills to present insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain R & R-Shiny applications for data visualization and analysis
• Design and implement data science models to extract insights and drive business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop analytical solutions
• Ensure code quality and maintain version control using Git
• Follow best practices in the software development life cycle to build scalable and maintainable solutions
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints, reviews, and stand-up meetings
• Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to data processing, analysis, and application performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience preferred, ideally in the medical field
