Senior React Native Developer, Remote - Poland

Summary

The job is for a remote Android developer position at Netguru, working on startup projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies. The role requires proven experience in developing mobile applications for Android devices, knowledge of React Native, and fluency in Polish and English. Additional skills like experience with optimizing code for performance, knowledge of DRY and SOLID code principles, and experience with Responsive Web Design are required. A nice-to-have is 4+ years' commercial experience in building React applications, understanding of state management patterns and solutions, knowledge of JavaScript code testing frameworks, practice in using ES2015+, knowledge of HTML5 APIs and CSS3, and familiarity with different styling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for our mobile applications, based on detailed specifications (provided in the attachment)
• Migrate existing web-based features (built in React) to our mobile applications
• Conduct regular housekeeping tasks, including reviewing and updating libraries as needed
• Analyze and implement technical optimizations to improve the performance of our Android applications
• Collaborate with other engineers to design, develop, and test mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years’ commercial experience in building React. applications
• Deep understanding of state management patterns and solutions (e.g. Redux/Mobx)
• Knowledge of JavaScript code testing frameworks (Enzyme, Jest, Karma, Mocha etc.)
• Practice in using ES2015+
• Knowledge of HTML5 APIs and CSS3
• Familiarity with different styling solutions such as PostCSS, SASS, CSS Modules
