Senior React Native Developer

Requirements

• Experience with React Native for mobile applications for Android devices
• Experience with optimizing code for performance
• A strong knowledge of React Native
• Knowledge of DRY and S.O.L.I.D. code principles
• Experience with Responsive Web Design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+)
• React Native expertise
• Hands-on coding experience
• Experience with full-stack/API integration
• Ability to coordinate with team and stakeholders
• Availability for at least 3 months
• Strong senior-level skills in React Native
• Location within EU countries

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for our mobile applications, based on detailed specifications
• Migrate existing web-based features (built in React) to our mobile applications
• Reviewing and updating libraries as needed
• Analyze and implement technical optimizations to improve the performance of our Android applications
• Collaborate with other engineers to design, develop, and test mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years’ commercial experience in building React applications
• Deep understanding of state management patterns and solutions (e.g. Redux/Mobx)
• Knowledge of Javascript code testing frameworks (Enzyme, Jest, Karma, Mocha etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML5 APIs and CSS3
• Familiarity with different styling solutions such as PostCSS, SASS, CSS Modules
• Experience in Fintech is nice to have
