Key responsibilities include revamping internal TA resources, developing an AI proficiency program, optimizing AI usage in TA workflows, building a hiring manager interviewing program, launching a quality of hire framework, evaluating and improving assessment tools, streamlining recruitment processes, managing recruitment systems and tools, and driving data-driven insights. The ideal candidate possesses 5-8 years of experience in a recruitment operations role within an in-house setting, exceptional stakeholder management skills, a process-driven mindset, and proficiency with recruitment technology, AI tools, and data-driven workflows. Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a recruitment operations role, in an in-house setting
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building lasting relationships in short time frames
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to streamline, standardize, and scale recruitment operations
- Comfortable with recruitment technology stacks, AI tools, and data-driven hiring workflows, with the curiosity to explore emerging solutions
- Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS industry environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Revamp Internal TA Resources & Enablement – Clean up, reorganize, and maintain playbooks, templates, and guides; create a centralized enablement hub for recruiters and hiring managers
- Develop AI Proficiency Program – Define and roll out an AI Proficiency Evaluation Plan to ensure TA team members effectively leverage AI tools
- Optimize AI Usage in TA Workflows – Monitor, track, and enhance AI adoption to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and ROI across sourcing, screening, and scheduling processes
- Build Hiring Manager Interviewing Program – Create and deliver training, toolkits, and support to improve interviewing consistency, reduce bias, and enhance candidate evaluation quality
- Launch Quality of Hire Framework – Define metrics, implement tracking, and report on hiring outcomes to ensure long-term success of hires
- Evaluate & Improve Assessment Tools – Review current solutions (e.g., CodeSignal) and explore alternative tools to ensure role alignment, fairness, and strong candidate experience
- Streamline Recruitment Processes & Workflows – Audit and optimize TA processes to improve recruiter productivity, reduce time-to-fill, and standardize best practices
- Manage Recruitment Systems & Tools – Oversee ATS configuration, recruitment tech integrations, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Drive Data-Driven Insights – Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, provide actionable hiring insights, and inform leadership decision-making
