Join our team as a Senior Recruiter/Recruiting Manager at IntelliPro, where you will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a strong background in commercial HVAC, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Expertise: Proven ability to source, identify, and hire for technical and senior management roles, particularly in engineering and sales
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC industry, including familiarity with key roles and skills in manufacturing, R&D, and sales functions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Tools: Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure efficient hiring processes and strong candidate experiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top candidates for engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and managerial roles in the HVAC industry
  • Sourcing and Mapping: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, create talent pipelines, and map out the competitive landscape
  • Candidate Identification: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine the best cultural and technical fit for AIRSYS
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers across manufacturing, R&D, and sales departments to understand staffing needs, and provide expertise in hiring strategies
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation for key technical and management positions
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track, report, and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Growth Support: As the business grows, adapt and scale recruitment efforts to meet increasing hiring needs while maintaining quality and speed
