Senior Research Scientist

Summary

The job is for a Senior Research Scientist to join the Authentication team at Pindrop, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) and dark web monitoring. The candidate will conduct experimental studies, develop and improve dark web monitoring tools, and publish patents and peer-reviewed papers.

Requirements

• Master or PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) required
• 3+ years of professional experience as a researcher in natural language processing, authorship verification, language models and/or generative AI required
• 2+ years of experience in dark web/net monitoring required
• Experience with dark web monitoring tools such as Pastebin, Telegram, and Message Board required

Responsibilities

• Conduct experimental studies on various natural language processing and machine learning tasks to assess accuracy and quality of pre-existing models
• Develop and improve dark web/net monitoring tools and integrate it into NLP pipeline for extracting intelligent data
• Help the transition of research models into production on different platforms
• Conduct proof-of-concept experiments on lab and customer data
• Publish patents and peer-reviewed papers in top machine learning conferences
• Help your teammates in reviewing their research projects
• Propose new ML models that improve Pindrop products
