Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and management
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with marketing platforms like HubSpot
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or Integromat
  • Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and building dashboards for executive and board-level reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce and HubSpot Integration: Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to oversee the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization, optimizing lead management, and enhancing marketing automation efforts
  • Support Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure that the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams have the tools and data they need to perform their functions effectively and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and Automate Repetitive Tasks: Develop and implement automation strategies to reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and ensure consistency across revenue operations processes
  • Continuous Process Optimization: Regularly review and optimize revenue operations workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Revenue Database: Create and oversee a comprehensive database to track customer revenue, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for revenue-related decision-making
  • Monitor and Analyze Revenue Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth and optimization
  • Ensure Salesforce Data Hygiene: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data by implementing regular data audits, establishing data entry protocols, and overseeing data cleanup processes
  • Facilitate Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with various departments to configure Salesforce to provide necessary data and insights, facilitating seamless inter-departmental operations and decision-making
