Join Rula as a Sr. Revenue Productivity Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare. You will be integral to implementing and enhancing systems that empower our Partnerships team to scale efficiently and achieve sustainable success. Requirements
- 8+ years of tech, benefits, or healthcare experience in ops or sales, with 4+ years of said experience being in Revenue Operations in a data or systems-focused role
- Excellent project management skills, especially with regard to the implementation and enhancement of systems for revenue teams (cross-functional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, system-mapping)
- Strong understanding of the underlying technology that makes revenue tools and systems function
- Ability to lead through change, responding to unexpected changes in project scope and timeline while ensuring the final product meets expectations
- Proven track record of improving the productivity of sellers and reducing deal cycle length across a distributed team
Responsibilities
- Support the rapidly growing Partnerships team at Rula
- Implement and enhance key systems that enable sellers to efficiently and consistently do their best work
- Enable the Partnerships team to scale efficiently and achieve long-term, repeatable success
- Improve the productivity of sellers and reduce deal cycle length across a distributed team
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in a project management methodology (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP)
- Has implemented a new CRM for a revenue org of 100+ sellers
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through experimentation and innovation
- Experience in a mix of scaled and high-growth startup environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in mental health or telehealth services
