Senior Risk Analyst

Summary

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider seeking a data analyst with risk analysis experience to join their team. The employee will research and analyze risk patterns on Binance platforms using quantitative analysis methodologies, deploy and monitor models, and liaise with stakeholders to develop new rules and strategies. A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields, and at least three years of data analysis experience are required. Knowledge of blockchain, payment systems, risk domain, SQL language, and professional analysis tools like Python and R is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc
• At least three years of data analysis or data mining related work experience
• Proficient in SQL language and at least one professional analysis tool

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze risk patterns occurred on Binance platforms
• Deploy, monitor and assess the effectiveness and stability of variables, rules and models
• Maintain and iterate the rules/strategies regularly to improve key risk matrix
• Liaising with various stakeholders to develop new rules and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Risk analysis background of financial derivatives (futures contracts, leverage trading, etc.) or eComm platforms
• Knowledge of blockchain, payment, risk domain
