Senior Road Site Superintendent

Summary

Join us as a Senior Road Site Superintendent to lead key road construction and renovation projects in the Netherlands, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams and stakeholders, and ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO level in civil engineering, technical business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in road construction planning or a similar field, with a strong understanding of civil engineering project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of SAP is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and preparation phases of road construction projects
• Provide vital support during the construction phase, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with additional project requirements as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact between your project team, suppliers, subcontractors, and the broader community, ensuring timely communication and collaboration
• Oversee the ordering of all materials, from asphalt mixtures to sewer systems, ensuring everything is procured on time and in line with project specifications
• Prepare essential project documents such as purchase orders, inspection reports, and work plans using SAP software
• Inform residents and businesses affected by projects, ensuring transparent communication and addressing their concerns
