Summary

Join Qonto as a Senior Backend Engineer and lead the development of Regate by Qonto, a platform that streamlines pre-accounting for SMEs and their accountants in France and Spain. You will be part of a team of 50 engineers from around the world, working closely with Product and QA teams within a cross-stack Squad. You will contribute to the evolution of the Regate product, focusing on short time-to-value and high attention to detail. Requirements

• You have a strong background in software development, with specific expertise in Ruby on Rails
• Fluent in English, both technically and conversationally
• Proven track record of mentoring junior team members and leading projects
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• You are driven by challenges and are proactive in finding solutions

Responsibilities

• Work on the Regate product, developing new features, improving existing ones, and fixing bugs
• Develop and maintain high-quality code in Ruby on Rails, continuously improving the state of our codebase to increase future velocity and reliability
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to ensure seamless, high-quality deliverables
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Drive initiatives to optimize software and tooling for performance and scalability
