Summary

Sincere is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails developer with 5+ years of experience to join their growing team. Requirements

• Passionate and opinionated about creating great products for the web
• Experienced in working with large, customer-facing, Ruby on Rails applications
• Familiar with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, RSpec/MiniTest, Next.JS/React, Sidekiq, Elasticsearch, MySQL/Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, Git, Serverless, and AWS
• Seasoned at writing, documenting, and supporting RESTful APIs
• Comfortable working with and contributing to containerized environments and modern CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Work with a nimble team of seasoned Rails developers
• Design, build, test, and refactor scalable and performant features
• Have the opportunity to own projects, and influence design and architecture
• Review pull requests from team members and provide constructive feedback
• Improve development processes and drive the direction of the product
