Requirements

• 4+ years building and maintaining high availability systems
• 2+ years of experience working with Ethereum or EVM compatible smart contract platforms
• 2+ years working with Rust in a professional setting
• Ability to operate independently under uncertainty
• Strong sense of initiative and ownership
• A crypto native

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of Hyperlane's core protocol, ensuring security, scalability, and cross-chain composability
• Develop and optimize Hyperlane's interchain security models for a variety of blockchain environments (Layer 1s, rollups, app-chains)
• Build and maintain integrations with leading blockchains and rollups
• Collaborate on the development of Interchain Applications, showcasing the power of Hyperlane
• Provide technical support and guidance to developers building on our platform

Preferred Qualifications

BONUS: Experience working with non-EVM based smart contract platforms

Benefits

Salary range for this role is $150K to $250K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location
