Summary

Join Kalles Group as a Senior Sailpoint Engineer and contribute to securing the future for companies of all sizes. Support program and project efforts by building relationships with stakeholders, implement and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities, deliver best-practice guidance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaborate across teams. You will need 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in large enterprise environments, proficiency with IIQ workflows, strong SQL and JDBC skills, and clear communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in E-Commerce or Retail, familiarity with UAR processes, and mentoring experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and maturing SailPoint IdentityIQ in large enterprise environments
  • Proficiency with IIQ workflows, rules, provisioning, connectors, and platform configuration
  • Demonstrated experience resolving operational issues and tuning system performance for enterprise-scale identity platforms
  • Strong command of SQL and JDBC for integration and data mapping
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation
  • Experience working across IAM, GRC, and application security or infrastructure teams in fast-moving programs
  • 6+ years of professional experience, with ideally 3 years in an E-Commerce or Retail related industry

Responsibilities

  • Support program and project efforts by building trusted relationships with key technical, cybersecurity, and governance stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on implementation and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities, with a focus on connector health, performance tuning, and process maturity
  • Deliver best-practice guidance for development, configuration, and platform sustainment strategies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and operational gaps in real-time
  • Collaborate across teams (PAM, UAR, Engineering) to ensure integration alignment and overall service health
  • Contribute to technical documentation to support sustainable delivery and knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with User Access Reviews (UAR) and cross-functional identity governance processes
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts or contractors in technical environments
  • A calm, confident presence when troubleshooting complex issues or engaging with senior stakeholders
  • A mindset that blends technical depth with a collaborative, people-first approach to work
