Requirements

  • 5+ years in client-facing technical consulting, marketing analytics, or product roles
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders - stakeholders are a mix of non-technical and technical buyers; the ability to engage them with relevant information is a must
  • Fluency in English and either German or Polish
  • Willingness to travel, as needed
  • Experience working deals with new prospects end-to-end alongside sales
  • Experience and understanding of data architecture, modeling, and SQL
  • Experience in an early to mid-stage startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from start to close
  • Everlasting intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive strategy, timeline, and value roadmap for onboarding and supporting enterprise clients on the GrowthLoop Platform
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Director to customize product recommendations and sales strategies for prospects, while acting as the primary technical point of contact
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate how GrowthLoopโ€™s value proposition addresses the unique business challenges of the prospect or client
  • Own product implementation for the client, troubleshooting as the need arises
  • Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients by assessing their evolving needs and proposing tailored solutions to drive additional value
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including analytics, engineering, and product, to drive value for the client across complex hybrid cloud environments
  • Lead discovery on client's data models in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift
  • Partner with Data Science Engineers to implement data models for clients allowing for GrowthLoop Platform deployment & activation
  • Provide feedback to the product development team
  • Coordinate integration of clientโ€™s sales & marketing tools with the GrowthLoop Platform
  • Drive sales & marketing use cases with the client to find immediate value with the GrowthLoop Platform
  • Visualize & communicate GrowthLoop performance and value with client leadership teams
