Summary

Join Unity as a Senior Sales Overlay to lead and manage Unity Asset Manager sales across the AMER region. This critical role ensures continued growth and increased market share for Unity's Real-Time 3D Asset Management suite. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and sales representatives in customer-facing engagements. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for driving revenue growth in complex environments. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, supporting sales in customer meetings, providing market insights, and managing complex deals. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in sales, with a proven track record in the software/SaaS industry
  • Expertise in complex deal structures, enterprise contracting, and negotiation in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance
  • Strategic mindset with a history of developing and executing successful market strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with both internal teams and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Asset Manager sales growth across the AMER region
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure distribution licenses are accurately priced and aligned with Unity’s objectives
  • Support sales in customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases where Unity Asset Manager creates competitive advantage or operational efficiencies for Customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase Customer value
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with digital asset management software, PLM/PDM and cloud-based enterprise collaboration software

Benefits

Gross pay salary $151,200 — $189,000 USD
