Summary
Join our team as a Mexico-based Sales Recruiter for a global IoT and SaaS company! This fully remote, six-month contract position (with potential for extension or full-time conversion) requires proven success in recruiting for sales roles and managing full-cycle recruiting. You will act as a talent advisor, influence with data, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar ATS. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a dynamic team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Proven strategic sourcing skills
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
- Target driven, detail oriented, approachable and able to bring up others around you
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
