Summary
Join Vestd, a leading sharetech platform, as a Senior Sales/Equity Consultant on the Startups Team. Requirements
- Experience in consultative sales or business development, ideally working with early-stage companies
- Confident in explaining complex ideas simply, particularly to non-expert audiences
- Proven ability to build trust with founders and leadership teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Tech-minded with experience using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and equity management (prior knowledge is a bonus but not required—you’ll learn with us)
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads from the Startups Team, providing expert, tailored advice about equity schemes
- Build relationships with founders, CFOs, and COOs of early-stage businesses
- Deliver product demonstrations, showcasing how Vestd helps startups manage equity simply and compliantly
- Collaborate closely with the SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer journey
- Develop an in-depth understanding of share schemes, staying up to date with legislation and market trends
- Maintain an organised pipeline and hit personal and team sales targets
- Represent the company at startup networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and stay close to the founder community
