Summary

Join CoreSphere as a Senior-Level Salesforce Developer and contribute to the growth of our Salesforce practice. This 100% remote position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as you'll be working directly with clients. You will design, develop, and support business application functionality on the Salesforce platform, utilizing your expertise in Apex, APIs, and Lightning Components. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with specific Salesforce certifications. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and CI/CD processes. CoreSphere offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science/information systems, Finance, Business Management, or related STEM field
  • Understands and/or have experience with the Agile Methodology
  • Minimum of 7 yearsโ€™ experience consulting as a Mid-to Senior-Level Developer in an Enterprise-level Salesforce Program
  • Understanding of agile methodology and experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of Apex (classes and triggers), APIs, Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements
  • Solutioning Custom Objects, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts and communication templates
  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I and/or II)
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support business application functionality
  • Perform fit-gap analysis mapping business requirements to Salesforce best practices, capabilities, features
  • Declarative solutioning using Salesforce cloud offering (Service, Sales, and Community)/ AppExchange
  • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and โ€œhow-toโ€ assistance
  • Design and development of API integrations with external business systems
  • Assess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels
  • Work closely with the customer to understand user stories and requirements of what is being solutioned
  • Being able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on development skills with Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Knowledge and experience with CI/CD processes and automation
  • Experience using JIRA or Agile Accelerator
  • Working/Hands-on knowledge of DocuSign and DrawLoop
  • U.S. Federal Government experience
