Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary

Join NeuraFlash, a leading AI and Salesforce innovator, as a Salesforce Sr. Developer to build and implement cutting-edge solutions for clients. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, and contribute to the development of NeuraFlash's internal products. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript, as well as experience with Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud. You will also lead technical design sessions, mentor team members, and contribute to the company's growth through your expertise and passion for AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years project experience in a hands on technical position
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Has worked on multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
• Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
• Working hands-on experience on writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript
• Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
• Attention towards detail – detail oriented
• Strong team player
• Great communication skills
• Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our customers to define requirements and present and deliver solutions
• Responsible for architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies to build customised solutions
• Lead technical design sessions with customers and project team
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team on them

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a huge plus!
• Any Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications
• Understanding of Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-In’s is a big plus
• Hands-on experience on any JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, React is a huge plus
