Summary

Join NeuraFlash, a leading AI and Salesforce innovator, as a Salesforce Sr. Developer to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, and lead technical design sessions. This role requires 5+ years of project experience, 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, and a strong understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to NeuraFlash's internal product development and work with a talented team on exciting projects. Requirements

  • 5+ years project experience in a hands on technical position
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Has worked on multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
  • Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce
  • Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
  • Working hands-on experience on writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript
  • Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
  • Attention towards detail โ€“ detail oriented
  • Strong team player
  • Great communication skills
  • Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our customers to define requirements and present and deliver solutions
  • Responsible for architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies to build customised solutions
  • Lead technical design sessions with customers and project team
  • Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team on them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a huge plus!
  • Any Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications
  • Understanding of Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-Inโ€™s is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience on any JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, React is a huge plus
