Requirements

  • Passion for building innovative solutions that directly impact business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoicing processes within a SaaS environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Build and customize Salesforce Lightning components to enhance user experience and efficiency
  • Optimize and customize Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoice processes to align with Wasabi’s hyper-growth
  • Drive innovation by implementing best practices and exploring new tools and methodologies
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across Salesforce systems
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator)
