Requirements

• Have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation
• Be proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Have experience with modern IDEs (VS Code, Eclipse, Sublime) and tools like APEX Data Loader, Force.com IDE
• Be familiar with Agile development methodology and CI/CD tools (GitHub, AutoRABIT)
• Have knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax
• Have experience working with relational databases, data modeling, DB schema, and SQL
• Be comfortable using SCM tools (Git, SVN) for version control
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Have extensive exposure on Service Cloud, including features such as Omnichannel
• Have experience working on entitlement processes, including customizations
• Administer Service Cloud features and configurations
• Be a self-starter, proactive, and willing to work in a dynamic environment
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Manage and align stakeholders, providing thought leadership when needed
• Drive consultative conversations and propose ideas around Service Cloud features and business processes
• Propose and develop solutions within Service Cloud and the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain Lightning applications using up-to-date Salesforce technologies
• Build custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization to solve business challenges
• Adhere to coding standards for all technical deliveries
