SAP EH&S Consultant - Focus Sustainability

Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as an SAP specialist in the process industry segment. You will manage customer projects focusing on SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions, supporting all project phases from conception to roll-out. Actively participate in developing and implementing the Nagarro Best Practices Template "Fit4Life Science". Provide support to existing customers through tickets and consulting. Contribute to shaping sustainability initiatives at Nagarro. This role requires strong SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in this area
• Good Business Background regarding sustainability report requirements, data collection requirements and important KPIs
• Trainings and/or certifications regarding Sustainability
• Experience in Customizing and Training of Key Users required (hands on mentality)
• Experience working with Support-Tickets and communication with customers to find and explain solutions
• You are highly self-motivated and pursue your goals with persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Your way of thinking is solution/process-oriented and analytical, and you have strong methodological skills
• You are interested in helping to develop and shape the topic of sustainability at Nagarro
• You are fluent in German

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects with a focus on the area of SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions
• Support all project phases - from conception, design, customizing and POC to the roll-out of SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Actively work on the further development of the Nagarro Best Practices Template "Fit4Life Science" and implement the standard at the customer (Greenfield) as well as Blue- and Brownfield-Projects
• Support existing customers with live system landscapes via tickets and consulting

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical SAP know how (ABAP; ODATA; Debugging)
• Strong customer focus and good communication skills in English
• Experience in further SAP Areas like Environment, Health & Safety, Analytics or HR / SuccessFactory
