Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Summary

The job is for a Senior SAP HCM PT Consultant who will provide support and maintenance activities for a newly acquired customer. The role involves working with the SAP PT module and business critical SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM PT, good consulting skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Senior SAP consultant with approx. 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM PT
• Support and Delivery experience across multiple SAP HCM modules, but at minimum SAP HCM PT
• Good ‘Consulting’ skills – presentation and client facing skills
• The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions using SAP Technology
• Experience/Knowledge across numerous industry sectors, in particular public sector
• Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the HCM team
• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
• Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance activities to newly acquired customer of our American client
• Proactively monitor and support business critical SAP systems, particularly within the scope of the SAP PT module
