You will collect business requirements, convert them into IT/process requirements, and work with the SAP MM global team to implement solutions. You will also collaborate on design, testing, and deployment of critical solutions within the SAP platform. This position requires strong SAP MM experience, Brazil localization knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Having long SAP MM experience and experience with E2E Implementations
- To enable Digital Business with necessary Digital Process Capabilities for effective and efficient operation
- Lead establishment of new business models with holistic view of end to end process landscape on Source to Pay area
- Having experience with SAP MM and Brasil localization (TAXBRJ and TAXBRA)
- Having excellent understanding and experience in Source to Pay process
- Having good experience working on different implementation methodologies, Waterfall and Agile
- Identify the risks and issues relating to IT solution and provide the best ways to mitigate them
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solution to the key stakeholders and ability to prepare well defined documentation
- Information Technology experience in Source to pay process
- Solutioning expertise with SAP MM and MM Brazil Localization
- SAP Certification in SAP/MM
- SAP Certification in MM Brazil Localization
- Agile working principles and methodologies in practice
- Experience in a matrix organizational setup
- Advanced English
- High on curiosity quotient

Responsibilities
- Analyze and bridge the gap in IT systems, Processes, Technology in the organization in order to enable new Digital Business
- To collect business requirements with appropriate priority and convert that into IT/process requirements
- Ability to work with the SAP MM global team to design and implement a strong solution for the defined business processes
- To execute IT and process roll-out projects meeting cost-time-and performance targets in close coperation with different business and process stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with all the stakeholders to ensure all the processes are well defined under IT framework and the organizational priorities are met
- To ensure regional requirements are addressed with appropriate priority (legal, customer, business) to meet current & future business requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, build, unit test and integration test of critical solutions within SAP platform
- To collaborate with different global teams for alignment, learn and deploy the suitable global solution
