Senior SAP PS Consultant

Summary

You will provide application support, optimize existing solutions, ensure effective end-to-end processes, and advise on change requests. The position involves global S/4HANA rollout, process documentation, and training. Remote work is possible from anywhere in Hungary with occasional office presence. Requirements

• A university degree in computer science, business informatics or a university degree in combination with comparable qualifications
• Have in-depth expertise in customizing and developing SAP PS modules in R3 and S/4HANA, supplemented by knowledge of related modules such as MM, SD, FI, and CO in particular
• In-depth knowledge of SAP validation and substitution functions and ALE distributions
• Basic knowledge of ABAP for supporting customer-specific solutions, user exits, etc
• Have experience in international industrial companies/groups. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• High level of SAP integration knowledge and interface knowledge of related modules
• Cross-functional process understanding in project business/project controlling, including customizing and SAP interfaces
• Many years of experience in SAP implementation and/or development projects
• A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work, as well as a high level of commitment to project work and deadlines
• Very good English skills
• Very good moderation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Customize, implement, and expand functionalities in the PS application area and at the CO interfaces
• Support application operations in R3 and S/4HANA in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Continuously develop and optimize existing solutions for business processes, add-ons, and subsystems in PS
• Ensure effective E2E processes in the PS area with adjacent modules
• Advise on and evaluate change requests in cooperation with Controlling and other departments. Identify and formulate potential improvements together with process experts, taking into account interfaces with other areas
• Ensure global governance and data quality in PS
• Implement technical concepts
• Be responsible for the global rollout of S/4HANA and the strategic transformation of the group companies from R3 to S/4HANA
• Create process documentation and training materials. Assist in the training of key users
• Advise on future SAP developments and collaborate with international key users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Manager is desirable
• Experience in leading global project teams and managing external service providers
