Requirements

• Hold a degree in (business) informatics, quality management, industrial engineering, business administration, or have comparable training with relevant experience
• Have extensive professional experience as an SAP consultant, with a specialization in the SAP QM module
• Have successfully managed at least 3 complete SAP QM implementations and have experience as a (partial) project manager with responsibility for results
• Possess strong communication skills, customer orientation, a professional demeanor, empathy, and team spirit
• Have deep knowledge and hands-on implementation experience in SAP QM, along with integration expertise in ERP modules such as PP, MM, and EWM
• Be fluent in German and English
• Be open to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to actively support customers on-site

Responsibilities

• Support S/4HANA transformation projects in the life science, chemicals, and food production industries with a focus on Quality Management (QM) processes
• Provide expert guidance through all project phases, including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, testing, and roll-out in the area of SAP QM
• Advise our customers on the implementation of quality management systems and migration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop and present comprehensive concepts for quality assurance, including integration with production and logistics processes, tailored to customer needs
• Analyze existing requirements, create detailed business blueprints, and ensure alignment with the client's quality assurance objectives
• Support bid teams in preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and developing accurate and reliable estimates for quality management solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the intersection of production, quality control, and logistics
• Have programming knowledge (ABAP OO, UI5, Fiori)
