Summary
Join our team as a Senior SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant for a 6-month, remote contract opportunity working PST hours. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive SAP SM functional expertise and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Service Management, including warranty, unit exchange/repair, service notifications, and service orders. Experience with IDoc setup, testing, and interface management is crucial. A solid understanding of Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and EDI/IDoc integration is also required. The ability to design, write functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams is essential. OTC (Order to Cash) experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Possess a strong SAP Service Management background with experience in Warranty, whole unit exchange/repair, service notifications, and service orders
- Configure SM, demonstrating strong knowledge of Contracts (value/quantity/service)
- Manage revenue recognition and repair order processes
- Manage customer service master data: equipment, warranty, functional location, counters
- Have experience with IDoc setup, testing, and interface management (SAP and non-SAP)
- Demonstrate strong Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and EDI/IDoc integration experience
- Provide both conceptual and detailed design, and write functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams for development and testing
Preferred Qualifications
Have OTC (Order to Cash) experience (at least high-level understanding)
