Senior SCM/T&L Consultant

Summary

Join MCA Connect as a Dynamics 365 Sr Consultant – Supply Chain and contribute to the success of manufacturers by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights. You will be responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements, including implementation, upgrades, and extensions. This role requires hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Trade and Logistics modules and assisting clients with implementation and support. You will improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and manage client relationships. Up to 50% travel is required. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience or equivalent industry work
• Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment
• Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent in English
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules including but not limited to Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, & Inventory Management
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
• Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary
• Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels internally and externally
• Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices as the Supply Chain lead on a project
• Lead successful modeling and process area showcase sessions
• Ensure success of projects by coaching or mentoring junior consultants

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 a plus
• Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production D365 modules
• Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx
• Azure DevOps & Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services experience
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Association (MB-330 + MB-300)
