Summary
Join ScoutLogic as a Senior Scout, Trainer and become a vital member of the Operations leadership team. This role focuses on training and onboarding new Criminal Scout hires, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and FCRA regulations. You will be responsible for training new hires on ScoutLogic products and services, managing their performance, administering online training software, and creating training content. The position requires managing new hire performance feedback, conducting regular training refreshers, and maintaining quality control. Success will be measured by new hire quality, graduation rates, feedback, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall business experience in a comparable industry
- 6 months tenure within current Criminal Research position at ScoutLogic
- Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools
Responsibilities
- Train each class of new hires on all ScoutLogic products and services
- Manage new hire performance feedback and document weekly training progress
- Administer LearnUpon software to enable and support online training
- Write training content and processes
- Create and host Lunch and Learn programs for all Criminal Scouts as refreshers every other week
- Host daily Criminal Operations call for a week once a month
- Answer questions in the group criminal chat and QA chat
- Quality Control for new hires
