Summary

Join ScoutLogic as a Senior Scout, Trainer and become a vital part of the Operations leadership team. This role focuses on training and onboarding new Criminal Scout hires, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and FCRA regulations. You will deliver engaging training sessions, track new hire performance, and administer online training software. Responsibilities include assessing training effectiveness, updating training materials, and creating refresher programs. You will also host daily calls and answer questions in group chats, while maintaining quality control for new hires. Success will be measured by new hire quality, graduation rates, feedback, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall business experience in a comparable industry
  • 6 months tenure within current Criminal Research position at ScoutLogic
  • Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on all ScoutLogic products and services
  • Track participation and new hire performance, and report training outcomes
  • Administer LearnUpon software to enable and support online training
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up sessions
  • Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Create and host Lunch and Learn programs for all Public Records Scouts as refreshers every other week
  • Host daily Criminal Operations call for a week once a month
  • Answer questions in the group chats and QA chat
  • Quality Control for new hires
