This role requires strong Agile advocacy, collaboration skills, and a passion for machine learning. While ideally located near London or Leeds offices, remote work within the U.K. is considered. Hudl offers a supportive work environment, flexible work options, and opportunities for career growth, along with benefits like medical and retirement plans (location-dependent) and resources for wellbeing.
Requirements
- A coach. You do everything possible to help teams perform at the highest level—without compromising Scrum values or resorting to command and control tactics
- Agile advocate. You embrace, practice and openly communicate the benefits of Agile values and processes throughout the company
- Collaborative. You make each team you’ve worked on better by building strong relationships steeped in trust. You’re an avid communicator and use this skill to work closely with others
- Passionate. You enjoy the complex nature of delivery in the world of machine learning
- Customer-oriented. You know that making our users’ lives easier is our number one priority
Responsibilities

- Plan strategic sprints. Help move us closer to our goals, coaching the teams with empathy and expertise, and working with others to drive process improvements that improve our efficiency
Preferred Qualifications

- A constant learner. You strive not just to learn, but to apply what you’ve learned in your personal and professional life
Benefits
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work
- Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health
- Bonuses which are offered at Hudl's sole discretion
- Discretionary bonuses, if awarded, may include annual targets based on company performance and a long-term incentive award
