Senior Security Engineer, Remote - Sweden

Summary

The Security Engineer - Platform Security role is for a candidate who enjoys working with engineers and has a passion for performance, reliability, and security. The role involves providing automation and decision making around underlying CSP and compute security features for Grafana Cloud. The candidate should be comfortable working in a remote-first company, have experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM), Kubernetes administration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform/Crossplane, and familiarity with threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, and security tabletop exercises. The role requires experience operating code using Kubernetes and Docker, and working with Go, Python, and Shell. The base compensation range for this role in Sweden is SEK 738,518 - SEK 923,148.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a remote-first company
• Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM)
• Familiarity with CSP IAM
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration - experience with Tanka is a plus
• Experience in threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, and security tabletop exercises
• Experience operating code using Kubernetes and Docker
